Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan agreed to cooperate in motor car production
At the meeting of the Turkmen-Uzbek inter-governmental commission in Tashkent the agreement on creation of coproduction of cars was reached, as is informed on the site of the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The issue of cooperation in the motor car industry will be studied on an equal basis with coordination of new projects in textile and tanning and shoe branches, the sphere of production of household equipment and building materials.
The parties agreed to develop the "Road map" for development of industrial cooperation and to realize cooperation potential in trade and transport.
Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will adjust active cooperation between profile ministries for development of proposals on implementation of new investment projects and conclusion of mutually beneficial trade contracts. It will allow to fill the economic agenda of the forthcoming visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Uzbekistan.
