World stars will perform online in support of physicians and victims of coronavirus

“One World: Together at Home” is the title of a television broadcast in support of the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. A concert by top performers will be given in honor of healthcare workers and those who suffered from the virus. The television broadcast will include performances by Alicia Keys, Billy Eilish, Camila Cabello, Celine Dion, David and Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Lopez, Matthew McConaughey, Oprah Winfrey, Paul McCartney, Farrell Williams, Priyanka Chopra, Taylor Swift and many other stars. As part of the broadcast information will be given about responses to COVID-19, commitments undertaken by philanthropists and foundations, governments and corporations to provide medical personnel around the world with masks and other vital supplies, as well as local charitable organizations providing food, shelter and help to those who needs it most. The concert was sponsored by Digicel Group with the support of WHO. Its Chairman, Denis O’Brien, said: “Our mission at Digicel is to help create a world where no one is left behind. This is manifested in our work to unite people in our markets using world-class technologies, and unite communities through our charitable activities”. “One World: Together at Home” is an online campaign where doctors from all over the world urged people to stay home to limit the spread of the virus. Having titled in this way the television broadcast with the participation of world celebrities, Digicel draws even more attention to the fact that “you can save the world just by staying at home”.
