In Ashgabat spectators will listen to hits of Hollywood performed by the symphonic orchestra
Music and cinema are closely connected with each other. Many films are remembered thanks to the brilliant music accompaniment and the remembered soundtrack to a film is practically half of success of the film.
Romantic, drama and heroic melodies and songs which "warm up" the passions emerging in a film, even more often enter into the repertoire of musical groups. Here the state symphonic orchestra of Turkmenistan under the baton of Rasul Klychev has decided to make for the Ashgabat public an unordinary creative surprise.
On April 25-26 in "Turkmenistan" concert hall two exclusive concerts under the name «Music of Hollywood» will take place. Such in Ashgabat there has not been held yet, the program will include compositions from the most famous foreign blockbusters which have occupied visible place in the cinema Olympus in many respects thanks to a delightful musical component.
- I very much love cinema, - the conductor of the orchestra Rasul Klychev says. - Always I try to watch film novelties. One of my favourite films is a story of young wizard Harry Potter. Besides a mysterious and interesting plot, this picture has a very good music. And I have been thinking for a long time of the idea of performing it in one of concerts, in many respects thanks to this composition, there arose an idea to devote all program to the music of Hollywood.
In spite of the fact that the story about Harry Potter is an excellent fairy tale for children, music to the film is very difficult for execution. And, according to Rasul, it almost took a year to make a creative search, selecting notes of the composition which even should be bought on special sites, after all such "treasures" are not found in an easy approach.
- Yes it was a long process, - continues Rasul Klychev. - But nevertheless we have made it, now we rehearse, we are going to surprise the public. All melodies that we have picked up for the concert, have a different character and organic. For ourselves we allocate a heroic melody from the adventure film «Pirates of the Caribbean» and composition from «Star wars».
While Rasul shares a creative material, involuntarily there is a desire to reconsider these modern film classics.
- That is what is staked, - the conductor notes. – may be , after our film concert, and on the television screen there will appear shots from films, someone will want to reconsider extremely topical cinema. But we acquaint people exclusively with music, and I as a musician when I watch any film, first of all pay attention to its sound. How its melody sounds, how well it fits the rhythm of all picture sounds? There are many soundtracks to films, but for our listeners we have chosen the best.
