Kazan ambulance helicopters are to be delivered to Turkmenistan


The aircraft fleet of Turkmenistan will be replenished with two Russian-made ambulance helicopters. The Turkmen Airlines will conclude a contract for the purchase of appropriate machines with the Kazan Helicopter Plant Public Joint Stock Company, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian Federation.
The contract provides for the purchase of two ambulance helicopters - Mi-17-1W and ANSAT models, spare parts for them, consumables and necessary equipment. In accordance to the contract, relevant personnel will be trained.
Turkmenistan is developing direct trade and economic relations with the industrial regions of Russia, including Tatarstan. In particular, Turkmenistan is one of the largest buyers of KAMAZ heavy vehicles.
