Berdimuhamedov: Your creative work occupies a special place in the heart of the Turkmen people
President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent congratulations to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation, People’s Artist of Turkmenistan Polad Bulbuloglu on his 75th birthday. The Turkmen Leader in his message noted that Polad Bulbuloglu has been for many years making a great contribution to strengthening friendly and fraternal relations between our countries and peoples. “That is why you are greatly respected in Turkmenistan, as a prominent composer and an excellent singer. Your creative work occupies a special place in the heart of the Turkmen people”, the National Leader underscored. The President of Turkmenistan wished the artist sound health, happiness and further success in his activity. Polad Bulbuloglu is a frequent guest in Turkmenistan. During his visit in October 2019, he, together with Mikhail Shvydkoy, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation presented the IFESCCO Medal to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Berdimuhamedov said that he accepts that award as a sign of respect for Turkmenistan and its people, recognition of the country’s role in the cultural and humanitarian partnership in the Commonwealth. “Peace through culture is how Turkmenistan formulates its credo,” the head of state said, speaking about international humanitarian cooperation.
