The Turkmen delegation participates in the China International Import Exhibition
he delegation of Turkmenistan takes part in the 2nd China International Import Exhibition which takes place in Shanghai. The team of 26 persons includes representatives of export-oriented branches of the country. In particular, in the national pavilion of Turkmenistan a total area of 136 sq. metres has been presented production of the agro-industrial and textile complex, petrochemistry and also services and consumer goods.
The special attention of visitors was involved with Turkmen textiles - fabrics from natural raw materials, clothes, accessories, knitted products, national embroidery and many other things. Agricultural and food production differing with ecological cleanliness also caused due interest. Stands of private companies have been presented to expositions of the sector of services and consumer goods and industrial-trading organisations Turkmenistan.
On the margins of the international exhibition Turkmen manufacturers have held meetings with potential Chinese partners for discussion of prospects of further cooperation and development of business ties.
In the 2nd China International Import Exhibition which is held under the motto «New Era Shared Future”, delegates from 155 countries of the world, including representatives of the international structures take part.
The Turkmen delegation also has taken part in the parallel international forum «Belt and Road - Round Table Forum on Orient Direct Sourcing. On side-lines of the given forum the round table and conference on global trade and international logistics has been organised.
