Turkmen boxers to compete at Kazakhstan President’s Cup

Turkmen boxers will participate in the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan's Cup international boxing tournament, scheduled to be held in Astana on June 5. Male will fight in ten weight categories, and female – in four. The roster of the Turkmen national male boxing team includes seven athletes: Zarip Jumayev (52 kg), Yakub Meredov (56 kg), Khursand Imankuliyev (60 kg), Muhammed Berdibayev (64 kg), Timur Tajimov (69 kg), Nursahat Pazziyev (75 kg). They are multiple winners of the national championship, as well as of international competitions. The sports delegation of Turkmenistan also includes mentors of the country’s national boxing team Sabyr Ksejhanov, Alexander Lebzyak and a judge of the national category Bayram Yegenov.
