Ýaşesen Opens the Door to a Career for Young Professionals
On October 25, the "Business Start: Entering the World of Business" event, organized by Ýaşesen, will take place at Bilelik Hub. The program is designed for young professionals who have recently graduated from university and are interested in pursuing a career in HR management and business.
During the event, participants will be divided into teams to solve case studies based on real-world scenarios in HR and business management. This will allow them to gain insight into the practical tasks faced by professionals and the inner workings of companies.
Practical Experience at Companies
Following the event, the most active participants will have the opportunity to visit three companies over the course of four days. The program includes an introduction to work processes and interactions with subject-matter experts directly at their workplaces.
Upon completion of the program, the most outstanding participants will also have the opportunity to secure employment with the respective companies.
