The addresses delivered by heads of state and government at the Avaza CIS summit demonstrated a high level of mutual trust and a shared commitment to deepening industrial cooperation.

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan praised Turkmenistan’s achievements and the intensive nature of bilateral contacts, which have given fresh impetus to the strategic partnership. The head of the friendly nation noted that, as it marks its 35th anniversary, the Commonwealth has established itself as a vital platform for maintaining political dialogue, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships, and strengthening ties between member states.

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan commended the work accomplished by Turkmenistan during its CIS chairmanship, highlighting the importance of these efforts in strengthening cooperation within the Commonwealth and invigorating effective relations across various sectors.

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko expressed his gratitude to the Turkmen side for the excellent organization of the meeting, describing Avaza as a "pearl of the Caspian Sea"—a body of water that has served for centuries as a connecting link between nations and peoples.

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the significant contribution of Turkmenistan’s chairmanship to advancing the shared agenda; he noted that a fundamentally new format of cooperation has been established over the years, while the friendship of peoples and a common spiritual heritage remain the CIS's greatest assets.

Highlighting the importance of consolidating efforts and intensifying relations, the Kazakh leader outlined key areas for future cooperation within the Organization.

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov described Turkmenistan’s mission this year as deeply constructive, noting the Commonwealth’s viability in the current climate. The CIS remains an effective platform for exchanging ideas and promoting joint initiatives, the Kyrgyz leader emphasized.

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin expressed support for the Joint Statement marking the CIS anniversary and placed special emphasis on the development of the economy, trade, and high technologies. The Russian leader highlighted the decisions taken to establish highly effective operations across the Commonwealth, noting that a financial infrastructure—stable and independent of external influence—has enabled the effective resolution of pressing issues.

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon noted that the Commonwealth nations are demonstrating a high level of mutual trust as they deepen their multilateral cooperation. In the view of the Tajik leader, the CIS format remains a vital tool for fostering partnerships across a broad spectrum of issues, while the results achieved this year have ensured the Organization’s stable operational momentum.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who is assuming the rotating chairmanship, stated that the experience of our nations demonstrates that economic integration and industrial cooperation remain fundamental pillars of the region's stability and development. He also highlighted the importance of fully leveraging the CIS's untapped potential, which would elevate trade and investment partnerships to a new level.

A historic highlight was the address by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, who emphasized that the forum creates a solid foundation for expanding Iran’s cooperation with the Central Asian and Caspian regions—a move that serves the shared interests of our peoples. Furthermore, the political will of the leaders will enable the transformation of our countries' geographical proximity into a shared zone of peace and sustainable development.
