President of Azerbaijan Sends Congratulations to Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Turkmenistan’s Independence Day
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent an official congratulatory message to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence.
In his message, the Azerbaijani leader emphasized that Turkmenistan is achieving impressive successes in all spheres of life, developing dynamically and strengthening its standing in the international arena. He also particularly highlighted the high level of strategic partnership and traditionally friendly relations between the two brotherly peoples.
Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that multifaceted cooperation based on a shared historical and cultural heritage and mutual respect would continue to expand successfully, both bilaterally and within international organizations. Concluding his message, he wished the President of Turkmenistan good health and success, and the people of Turkmenistan peace, progress and prosperity.
Such diplomatic contacts reaffirm the commitment to strengthening good-neighborly relations, stability and economic partnership in the Caspian Sea region and Central Asia.
