Turkmenistan to Field Three Wrestlers at the U23 World Championships in Las Vegas
The U23 World Wrestling Championships will take place in Las Vegas, USA, from October 12 to 18, 2026. More than 600 wrestlers from around the globe will participate in the event.
The tournament will be held at the University of Nevada’s Thomas & Mack Center. Greco-Roman wrestlers will take to the mat first, followed by competitions in women’s and freestyle wrestling.
Turkmenistan National Team Roster
Three athletes will represent Turkmenistan in the freestyle wrestling competitions:
79 kg — Vatan Annaorazov
86 kg — Soltan Sanjar Begenjov
92 kg — Dovletgeldi Myradov
The team's head coach is Yusup Meledjayev.
U23 World Championships
