Turkmen Educators Participate in International Forum in Moscow
Educators and scientists from Turkmenistan took part in the international scientific and practical online conference “Modern Education: Important Problems and Solutions,” held in Moscow. The forum, chaired by Professor Kirill Bisenkov of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RAEN), brought together representatives of higher education institutions and scientific specialists from Turkmenistan, Russia, Belarus and Uzbekistan.
The main focus of the discussions was the modernization of educational methodologies, ranging from the introduction of artificial intelligence and the digitalization of the learning process to spiritual and moral education and the training of specialists for the medical and agricultural sectors.
The practical developments presented by Turkmen specialists attracted particular interest from the international expert community. S.K. Durdyyev, Head of the Department for Professional Development of Education Workers at the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Biological Sciences and Associate Professor, and A.S. Sakhetmuradova, Senior Researcher at the Department of Natural and Exact Sciences of the same institute, presented a report entitled “The Use of Modern Digital Technologies in Geography Education in Schools of Turkmenistan.”
Meanwhile, G.A. Allakuliyeva, a lecturer at the Department of Forestry and Forest Park Management of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University and a candidate for a Candidate of Sciences degree, shared her experience in improving teaching methodologies.
Participation in such international platforms enables Turkmen educators to exchange best practices with foreign colleagues, establish scientific contacts and develop academic dialogue. The introduction of innovative approaches and digital tools directly contributes to addressing the state objectives of modernizing Turkmenistan’s education system and integrating it into the global scientific and educational space.
