The State Concern "Turkmennebit" Announces an International Tender for the Supply of Machinery, Components, and Spare Parts


The State Concern "Turkmennebit" has re-announced international open tender No. 118/4 for the procurement of material and technical resources for the enterprise's needs.
Manufacturers of the relevant products are eligible to participate, provided they comply with the requirements set forth in the tender documentation.
Product List
The tender includes Lot No. 4, comprising motor vehicles, tractors, and specialized machinery, as well as components and spare parts.
To participate, potential suppliers must submit an application specifying the company's full name, legal status, country of registration, and banking details. Applications from companies registered in offshore zones or holding bank accounts in such jurisdictions will not be accepted.
Participants also have the opportunity to review Turkmenistan's legislation on state tenders, the relevant bidding regulations, and the list of required documents.
Participation Terms
Upon submission of a written application, participants may obtain the lot specifications, technical requirements, and key contract terms.
The participation fee is 575 US dollars (inclusive of VAT) per lot, or the equivalent amount in manats. An invoice for payment is provided upon submission of the written application.
Submission Period
The tender period runs from August 20 to October 1, 2026.
Tender proposals will be accepted for 30 working days following the official publication in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper. The submission deadline is 12:00 (local time) on the 30th working day.
Proposals received after the established deadline will not be considered. The complete tender proposal must be submitted in a single sealed envelope, authenticated with an ink stamp, to the following address: State Concern "Turkmennebit," 56 Archabil Avenue, 4th Floor, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
Documents will be accepted for consideration once payment has been received in the account. The tender proposal must also include electronic versions of the questionnaire and the main contract terms in Word format, as well as the technical-economic specifications in Excel format.
