Oil Production Figures at Goturdepe Exceeded Planned Targets

Production volumes at one of the country's largest oil fields exceeded planned targets.
The Goturdepe field has produced 717,240 tons of oil since the beginning of 2026. The planned target was met by 111.5%, which is the highest figure among the production units of the Turkmennebit State Concern.
The volume of produced crude oil exceeded the established plan by 74,169 tons. According to published data, the production growth rate compared to the same period of the last year was 105.4%.
A Significant Oil-Producing Region
The Goturdepe and North Goturdepe fields are among the largest and longest-developed oil fields in the country. Despite their long history of production, they remain essential to Turkmenistan's oil production complex.
Currently, the field's daily oil production exceeds 3,400 tons. The Goturdepe Oil and Gas Production Department ranks second among the oil and gas production departments of the Turkmennebit State Concern in terms of crude oil production volumes.
Production Monitoring and Efficiency
Technical monitoring of the operating wells is underway at the fields. Geological studies indicate that the field retains significant hydrocarbon potential.
The production structures of the Turkmennebit State Concern continue to implement modern technologies and equipment aimed at improving the efficiency of oil and gas production, as well as further developing the production infrastructure.
These achieved indicators provide the foundation for the Goturdepenebit administration to maintain its high work tempo until the end of this year.
