Personnel Appointments in Regional Prosecutor's Offices of Turkmenistan
President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a resolution on personnel changes in the country's prosecutor's office. The document was adopted in accordance with Article 16 of the Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan."
According to the signed act, senior prosecutorial staff were rotated in the Balkan, Mary, and Lebap velayats.
Azat Shakhergeldiyev has been appointed Prosecutor of the City of Balkanabat, replacing Serdar Khodjamgulyyev. In the Mary velayat, Sapaguly Velbekov has been appointed Prosecutor of the City of Mary, replacing Dovletgeldi Mammetamanov, and Bayrammuhammet Yaryyev has been appointed Prosecutor of the Garagum Etrap, replacing Batyr Artykov. Shirguly Shirkulyev was also dismissed from his post as prosecutor of the Dovletly etrap of the Lebap velayat.
