The Embassy of India in Ashgabat has announced a vacancy for a yoga specialist
Applications are invited by the Embassy for the post of Local Resource Person for Yoga to conduct regular yoga sessions at the Embassy premises and at Bagtyyarlyk Sports Complex, Ashgabat as per the following eligibility criteria:
General requirements:
i. Age: Between 25-50 years
ii. Educational Qualification: Graduation (minimum)
iii. Fitness: Physically and mentally fit
iv. Language: Fluent in Russian, Turkmen and English
2. Candidate should have
(a) minimum of 3 years degree with 3 years of experience in teaching Yoga
or
2 years diploma/certificate or training in Yoga for a minimum period of 2 years from renowned institution/Guru with 4 years of experience
(b) Adequate knowledge of history and philosophy of Yoga
3. Following are desirable from applicants:
(a) Sound knowledge in use of computers including recording/downloading audio/video, mixing and editing video from YouTube/internet
(b) Experience in giving performance/lecture demonstrations
(c) Candidate must be able to take initiative and strive to help students to achieve their personal best with high expectation of attainment, progress and behavior.
