The Embassy of India in Turkmenistan invites residents and visitors of the country to take part in an open yoga master class. The large-scale wellness event will be held on Sunday, June 7, on the picturesque coast of the Caspian Sea in the Avaza National Tourist Zone.

The morning fitness session will begin at 8:00 a.m. and continue until 9:00 a.m. The venue for practicing yoga asanas and breathing exercises will be the beach of the cozy “Tolkun” cottage complex located in the city of Turkmenbashy, Balkan region. The fresh sea air and the morning sunshine will create an ideal atmosphere for meditation and improving overall well-being.

For those wishing to spend the weekend in a healthy and productive way, this master class will provide an excellent opportunity to learn the basics of yoga under the guidance of professionals and gain positive energy for the week ahead.
