The PJSC Tatneft Branch in Turkmenistan Announces a Tender for the Purchase of Automotive Spare Parts
The PJSC Tatneft branch in Turkmenistan announces tender No. 2026/29 for the purchase of automotive spare parts. Purchases are conducted in Turkmen manat and Russian rubles.
To participate in the tender, applicants must submit an application on the company's official letterhead to the branch manager by email at KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar.
The application must be signed by an authorized representative and certified with a seal. The document must include the participant's full name, legal status, country of incorporation, and bank details. Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.
After reviewing their application, participants will be sent the technical specifications to the email address provided in their application.
Tender proposals are provided as electronic files in PDF format with a duplicate in Excel format. Documents must be archived in RAR format and protected with a password containing at least eight characters.
The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 10 business days from the official publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper (June 1, 2026 - June 12, 2026). The final deadline for accepting proposals is 6:00 PM local time on the tenth business day. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
