The State Concern "Turkmengaz" has announced Open Tender No. T/GAZ-023 for the procurement of material and technical resources for production needs.

Tender proposals will be accepted from April 21 to June 8, 2026. The final deadline for the submission of documents is 15:00 on June 8, 2026.

Subject of the Tender

The procurement comprises the following lots:

Lot No. 2 — Technological Equipment

Lot No. 3 — Electrical Products

Participation Terms

Only product manufacturers are eligible to participate, provided they meet the requirements set forth in the tender documentation.

Applications from companies registered in, or holding bank accounts in, offshore jurisdictions will not be considered.

Application Submission Procedure

Documents must be submitted to the following address:

Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue 56, 13th Floor, UKPO of SC "Turkmengas".

The application must specify:

-full name of the participant;

-legal status;

-country of registration;

-banking details.

Documentation and Participation Fee

Participants are provided with:

• the regulatory framework governing public procurement in Turkmenistan;

• tender procedures;

• a list of required documents;

• technical specifications and contract terms.

The participation fee is 500 US dollars per lot, or the equivalent in manats (exclusive of VAT and banking charges).

Submission of Tender Proposals

The tender proposal must be submitted in a single sealed envelope bearing a wax seal and delivered to the specified address.

Electronic versions of the following documents must be attached:

• Participant Questionnaire (Word);

• Technical and Economic Specifications (Excel);

• Key Contract Terms.
