An educational meeting titled “Ornuňyz tördedir, sarpaňyz belent, ýaşaýşa ýarandyr mährem zenanlar” was held at the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the role of women in society and the professional sphere.

The event, which took place today, April 17, was attended by representatives of the Central Council of the Union of Women of Turkmenistan, employees of affiliated enterprises, as well as experienced mentors who have devoted many years to working in the sector.

During the meeting, participants highlighted the contribution of women to the development of the communications sector, including the expansion of services, ensuring stable internet access, and improving the quality of customer service. The participants emphasized the importance of professional experience and the transfer of knowledge to the younger generation.

Special attention was given to the role of women in preserving cultural and spiritual heritage, educating young people in the spirit of diligence, responsibility, and patriotism, as well as training qualified specialists.

Speakers noted that the pursuit of constructive work and participation in the development of the economy and social sphere contribute to personal growth and strengthening the country’s potential.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants expressed their appreciation for the conditions created to support the active professional and social engagement of women in Turkmenistan.
