During the discussions, particular attention was given to the implementation of the ASAN Index, through which experts presented methods for assessing the efficiency and quality of citizen services. Participants analyzed the role of effective public services in strengthening trust in state institutions and in achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
A further roundtable discussion with international experts addressed innovation in governance and the development of unified criteria for assessing the quality of public services.
