AD Ports Group, a leading global provider of logistics and port solutions based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, has released its annual report for 2025. Despite global challenges and supply chain disruptions, the group closed the year with record revenue and net profit.
According to the report titled “Strengthening Connections,” the company’s revenue reached a record AED 20.77 billion (up 20%), while net profit totaled AED 2.07 billion (up 16%). These results confirm the effectiveness of its strategy to expand across key trade corridors in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
The year 2025 marked a period of “intelligent internationalization” for AD Ports Group. Key highlights include:
• Expansion in Abu Dhabi: In partnership with CMA CGM Group, the expansion of the container terminal at Khalifa Port was announced.
• International expansion: The group acquired stakes in terminals in Egypt and Syria, and launched operations in Pakistan and Angola.
• Recognition: Khalifa Port rose to 39th place in the global ranking of the world’s largest container ports (up from 95th in 2019).
• Technological breakthrough: The company entered the Guinness World Records for deploying the largest number of AI agents (205) in logistics operations.
The success of AD Ports Group is closely linked to the growth of the UAE’s non-oil economy, which surpassed $1 trillion for the first time in 2025. For international partners and clients, this signals the creation of a reliable ecosystem where goods and capital move faster and more efficiently.
Plans for 2026 include launching new commercial operations in ports across Egypt, Pakistan, and Syria, as well as further reducing carbon emissions through the electrification of port transport.
