Eziz doganlar keramika, a manufacturing company specializing in ceramic products, is looking for a Chief Engineer. Due to the company’s development, an experienced technical leader is needed to take a key role in ensuring the stable operation of the production infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

– Lead the engineering and technical department of the factory;

– Ensure uninterrupted operation of production equipment;

– Organize preventive maintenance and monitor the technical condition of equipment;

– Optimize production and energy processes;

– Implement technical improvements and modernize equipment;

– Ensure safe operation of production lines;

– Participate in the launch of new production capacities;

– Manage the technical department’s budget.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher technical education (mechanical engineer / energy specialist);

• Work experience: At least 5 years as a Chief Engineer;

• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage;

• Languages: Fluent in Turkmen and Russian;

• Knowledge of English and Turkish is a plus.
