On behalf of the entire people of Turkmenistan, National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty (People's Council), Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and the brotherly Iranian people on the passing of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

In his message, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere sympathy to the family and friends of the spiritual leader.

The Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty wished the soul of the deceased to rest in peace.
