Starting in 1955, Sadulla Rozmetov headed an agricultural enterprise to which he devoted decades of his life, transforming it into one of the most advanced and highly efficient farms in the country. Under his leadership, modern agricultural techniques were introduced, land and water resources were used rationally, labor productivity was significantly increased, and the material and technical base was strengthened.
Thanks to his professionalism, organizational talent, and strategic thinking, the enterprise became a reliable pillar of the country’s agro-industrial complex, making a substantial contribution to ensuring food security and the sustainable development of rural areas.
Sadulla Rozmetov paid special attention to personnel training. Under his leadership, a whole school of highly qualified specialists was formed, for whom diligence, responsibility, and devotion to the Motherland became fundamental life principles.
