The State Concern "Turkmengas" on behalf of the tender commission announces an international tender for the selection of a contractor to perform calibration of measuring instruments in an accredited calibration center for the state verification of measuring instruments.

Application submission period: from February 19 to April 6, 2026.

How to participate?

1. Submitting an application:

Companies interested in participating in the tender must submit a written application to the following address:

Turkmenistan, Ashgabat city, Archabil shayoly, 56, State Concern "Turkmengas", Department of Foreign Economic Relations, office 17.24a.

Requirements: The application must specify the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, bank details, as well as information about the company's activities (main areas of activity, experience in implementing similar projects, etc.).

Restriction: Companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones are not allowed to participate.

2. Familiarization with legislation:

Participants must familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs".

3. Payment of the tender fee:

To receive the complete package of tender documentation, it is necessary to pay a tender fee in the amount of 1,725 US dollars or the equivalent in Turkmenistan manats, including VAT.

4. Submission of tender proposals:

The deadline for accepting proposals is 30 working days from the date of official publication of the announcement in the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan", but no later than 16:00 local time on the 30th working day. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the above address.
