Ashgabat, January 30 | ORIENT. The country's leading university, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, is expanding its digital presence in the global scientific community. A proposal to establish a new electronic popular science journal, "Scientific Research and Innovation," was approved at a Cabinet of Ministers meeting.

The journal is planned as a multidisciplinary platform accessible to a wide audience. Articles will be published in Turkmen, English, and Russian, integrating the achievements of domestic researchers into international databases. Authors will include not only renowned professors but also ambitious students and young scientists.

The journal's subject matter will cover key areas of national development:

Humanities: philology, psychology, jurisprudence, and in-depth study of national heritage.

The electronic journal project, approved by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, is in line with the country's digital strategy. The new resource is intended to become not just a repository of knowledge, but a catalyst for young people, stimulating them to new discoveries and developments.
