Starting from February 1, 2026, new tariffs for oil transportation via main pipelines will come into force in Belarus. The decision is formalized by Resolution No. 3 of January 19 issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART), according to BELTA.
The main changes affect routes operated by Gomeltransneft Druzhba OJSC. On the western route (from the Russian border to the Polish border), the tariff will now amount to 28.71 Belarusian rubles per ton. For the southern route toward Ukraine, the price has been set at 262.99 Russian rubles.
Domestic tariffs have also been revised. The transportation of crude oil to the Mozyr Oil Refinery will cost 3.25 rubles per ton, while the Nevel–Polotsk section will be priced at 2.81 rubles per net ton.
Such an update of tariffs helps maintain the operational condition of the Druzhba oil pipeline infrastructure. For businesses, this serves as an important signal, enabling accurate calculation of logistics costs for the coming year.
