On January 26, during the visit to Turkmenistan by a delegation headed by Salem Nasser Al Naemi, Rector of the Doha University of Science and Technology of the State of Qatar, the delegation visited the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan. Members of the delegation toured the institute’s exhibition and became acquainted with projects and software developed by teachers and students. The guests also visited the institute’s museum and learned about its history.

In addition, a signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between the Doha University of Science and Technology of the State of Qatar and the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan was held.

Afterwards, a presentation of the Doha University of Science and Technology was organized with the participation of teachers and students of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan. During the event, Rector Salem Nasser Al Naemi delivered a speech and answered questions from faculty members and students.
