In April 2026, Ashgabat will become a center of attraction for the business communities of Turkmenistan and China. Talvas Yoly CJSC and its subsidiary Oguz Forum & Expo officially announced the start of preparations for the large-scale business forum and exhibition. The Turkmenistan Logistics Association (TLA) served as the event's key partner, offering exclusive terms to its participants.
A Platform for Growth
The forum, which will be held April 28–30, 2026, is conceived as a comprehensive B2B and B2G platform. The organizers have set ambitious goals:
Direct Dialogue: Establishing contacts "without intermediaries" between companies from the two countries.
Investment Focus: Presenting Turkmenistan's export potential to Chinese investors.
Industry Coverage: Particular attention will be paid to transport, logistics, and import-export operations.
Support for National Carriers
An important detail of the announcement was the announcement of discounts: members of the Turkmen Logistics Association will be able to participate in the forum with a 10% discount. This measure is intended to strengthen the position of Turkmen logistics providers in the international market and facilitate access to partners in China.
ORIENT Opinion: Given the active development of the Middle (Trans-Caspian) Corridor and the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, the 2026 forum will not just be another exhibition, but a practical tool for business. Given that the program includes B2G (business-to-government) meetings, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to discuss new opportunities directly with regulators.
