Google has released Gemini 3 Flash, a new base AI model that is now available to all users for free. The model replaces the previous generation of AI in the Gemini app, becoming significantly smarter and faster. Designed around the concept of “cutting-edge intelligence at an accessible cost,” it is positioned as an ideal assistant for everyday tasks.

Despite its high speed, Gemini 3 Flash outperforms more powerful models from earlier series in logical reasoning and data analysis. It processes information three times faster, demonstrates strong understanding of video content, and can extract key details from large volumes of text. Users can now create application prototypes simply by describing their ideas to the chatbot — no programming knowledge is required.

The new model introduces two convenient modes: “Fast” for instant responses and “Deep Thinking” for solving complex tasks. The AI has also improved its ability to capture nuances in user queries, providing up-to-date information and useful links from the internet in real time.

The update is already being rolled out worldwide across the mobile and web versions of the service. For developers and enterprise clients, the model is available through Google Cloud and AI Studio, offering high performance with minimal time costs.
