Google has released an updated list of the best apps and games of 2025 on the Play Store. The App of the Year title was awarded to Focus Friend, a concentration timer designed to boost productivity through a reward-based system.

The Game of the Year award went to Pokémon TCG Pocket, a digital adaptation of the popular trading card game. Among cross-platform solutions, Google highlighted the Luminar photo editor, while Disney Speedstorm was named the Best Cross-Platform Game.

The list of top titles also includes Dunk City Dynasty, Candy Crush Solitaire, Chants of Sennaar, Disco Elysium, Wuthering Waves, and Dredge. The Best PC Game award was given to Odin: Valhalla Rising.
