On September 23, at the International Oil and Gas University named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev, two important events took place, dedicated to the historical and socio-political significance of the recent session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan (held on September 19).
Conference: Focus on the Role of Youth
First, a conference was held on the theme “Decisions of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan: Youth Policy.” The main emphasis was placed on how the decisions adopted at the session impact national development and what opportunities they open up for the younger generation.
Particular interest was sparked by the speeches of outstanding students who had taken part in the session of the Halk Maslahaty. They shared their experiences and expressed sincere pride in having the opportunity to participate in the highest representative body of the country.
Briefing: Question-and-Answer Dialogue
Continuing the theme, a briefing in a “question-and-answer” format was also held at the university. The purpose of the briefing was the deeper promotion and explanation of the socio-political significance of the Halk Maslahaty session.
During the event, university professors and students exchanged views on the adopted decisions, reached agreements, and put forward proposals. This format of direct dialogue helped future specialists to better understand the country’s strategic course and their key role in its implementation.
