During the discussions, the Turkmen delegation presented its key priorities. The importance of developing vocational and technical education, expanding mentorship programs, and strengthening the connection between education and real-time labor market analytics was emphasized.

Special attention was given to expanding dual learning formats, increasing the share of practical training, and enhancing teacher preparation in “green” and digital fields to ensure the successful integration of youth into the modern labor market.

Turkmenistan’s participation in the conference became an important step in strengthening regional cooperation and exchanging experience in the field of human capital development. The forum’s goal is to facilitate the effective transition of young professionals from education to employment in line with the needs of the national economy.
