Oriented on making people closer

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Iceland Halla Tómasdóttir on the occasion of the Proclamation Day of the Republic. In his message, the head of state extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the president and the people of Iceland.
