 G.Skill introduces ultra-fast DDR5 memory

At Computex 2025, G.Skill unveiled its latest advancements in the field of dynamic random-access memory, establishing new benchmarks for speed. The flagship product is a 48GB (2x24GB) dual-channel Trident Z5 NeoX RGB kit, achieving an extraordinary speed of 10600 MT/s with timings of CL58-63-63. These modules support AMD EXPO overclocking profiles, and G.Skill demonstrated their operation on a system featuring a Ryzen 5 8500G processor, where the memory effectively ran at 5300 MHz (DDR5-10600).

Furthermore, G.Skill announced an innovative 64GB CAMM2 module with a speed of DDR5-10000 and timings of CL56-70-70. This module is likely the fastest in its form factor. A key feature of CAMM2 is its dual-channel architecture, enabling the system to operate in dual-channel mode with a single module, thereby significantly saving space on the motherboard. The operation of the CAMM2 DDR5-10000 was successfully tested on a system equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor.

G.Skill also showcased Trident Z5 NeoX RGB operating at DDR5-10747 with timings of CL68-128-128 on a PC powered by a Core Ultra 9 285K. These high-performance memory modules will soon be available in white, orange, and fluorescent green color options.
