The "ESCAPE 2" photo exhibition opens at the French Institute in Ashgabat

The "ESCAPE 2" photo exhibition has opened at the French Institute in Ashgabat and will run from March to May 2025 in the "Nadar" gallery.

The project is a continuation of the "Escape – A Journey into the Heart of Digital Culture" exhibition, presented in 2023. This year's theme is "Reboot," offering a look at the impact of digital technologies and artificial intelligence on modern society.

The exhibition includes works by French artists – films, installations, video games – that address key issues of the digital age. Four thematic sections – "Digital Revolution", "Code is Law", "Welcome to the Next Level" and "Playing Together" – explore the interaction between humans and technology, the influence of algorithms, data monetization, and the boundaries between progress and addiction.

The exhibition concludes with an interactive installation, "The Long Credits (of Humanity)" by French artist Antoine Schmitt, where visitors can leave their name, becoming part of digital history. The "ESCAPE 2" photo exhibition invites reflection on the future of technology, its possibilities and the challenges facing society.

The exhibition is open to the public daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and admission is free.
