From February 1, 2025, residents of the Khalach etrap of the Lebap velayat will be able to apply for a biometric passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan at the Kerki etrap department of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan for the Lebap velayat. The new modern administrative building of the etrap department of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan for the Lebap velayat is located at the following address: Kerki city, Kerki etrap, Kerbashi street, building 11.
