Oriented on making people closer

On January 12, 2025, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar, Mr. Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov, met with the President of Qatar University of Doha for Science and Technology, Mr. Salem Al Nuaimi.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Ambassador noted that 2025 has been declared the "International Year of Peace and Trust" in Turkmenistan, and also presented information on the upcoming events celebrating the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent Neutrality, which are to take place this year.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the results of the working visit of the delegation headed by the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar, which took place in February of the previous year, as well as future areas of work related to establishing cooperation with higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan providing education in the field of scientific technologies, exchange of experience and participation of students in scientific conferences.
