State Concern "Turkmennebit," on behalf of the Commission for Competitive (Tender) Selection of Suppliers (Contractors) of Goods, Works, and Services for the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan, announces International Tender No. 01/dG for the development of tender proposals for the "turnkey" design and construction of the "0" level elevation of water intake facilities of the water supply and sewerage workshop of the Seydi Oil Refinery of the State Concern "Türkmennebit".

You are invited to contact the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Shayoly, 56, 11th floor, State Concern "Turkmennebit":

– To submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing their desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and details;

– To familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, Provision of Services for State Needs," with an extract from the "Rules for Conducting a Tender" and a list of documents required for participation in the tender;

– To obtain the technical assignment, technical requirements, and basic terms of the contract;

– To receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 1,725 US dollars (including VAT) or the equivalent in manat for participation in the tender on a non-refundable basis.

All interested potential contractors may participate in the above-mentioned tender.

The technical assignment can be found on the websites www.oilgas.gov.tm and turkmennebit.gov.tm.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of this tender announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 16:00 local time on the 30th working day.

Proposals received after the above deadline will not be considered.

The account for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of a written application.

One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with a stamp, must be delivered to the above address from the date of publication of the announcement and will be accepted for consideration after receipt of funds into the account.

The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the basic terms of the contract (in "Word" format), and the technical and economic specifications (in "Excel" format).
