Oriented on making people closer

“Kopetdag” club became the champion of Turkmenistan in futsal in the season 2024, winning the gold medals of the Super League. In the decisive match of the final 20th round, the team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan confidently defeated “Senagatbank” with a score of 6:2.

This victory allowed “Kopetdag” to score 46 points and 4 points ahead of the nearest rival, “Senagatbank”. The team led by Parahat Garayev demonstrated a well-coordinated team game, excellent realization of counterattacks and effective pressing, which were key factors in winning the title.

“Senagatbank” under the leadership of head coach Mergen Atayev deservedly took second place, demonstrating high results throughout the season. The team was the main pursuer of the champion and did not concede at decisive moments in the fight for gold.

The third place in the championship was left to “Denizchi” club (40 points), which won gold medals last season.

Under the leadership of Yakub Ovezov, who is also head coach of men's and women's national futsal teams of Turkmenistan, “Denizchi” showed a stable game, but this season the club fell just short of last year's success.

According to Yakub Ovezov, the club intends to perform to the maximum and fight for the championship in the new season.

Thus, at the end of the championship “Kopetdag” secured the status of the best futsal team of Turkmenistan in 2024, and the other clubs confirmed the high competition in the fight for medals.
