The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Moscow hosted a meeting with People's Artist of the Russian Federation, singer Diana Gurtskaya, who is also the founder and director of the charitable foundation for helping blind and visually impaired children "At the Call of the Heart".

Ambassador Esen Aydogdyev discussed with the artist and public figure ways to use the great potential of relations in cultural and humanitarian areas between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation.

Particular attention was paid to the topic of establishing cooperation between the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship and the Diana Gurtskaya Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Blind and Visually Impaired Children "At the Call of the Heart", the diplomatic mission reported.

Festival «White Cane»

International charity festival "White Cane" is a creative project created and implemented by Diana Gurtskaya and her foundation for helping blind and visually impaired children "At the Call of the Heart". Festivals are held in October, annually since 2010.
