 Turkmenistan has signed a number of agreements with foreign partners in the field of education

During the framework of the international scientific conference and exhibition "Healthcare, Education, and Sports in the Era of Renaissance of the New Epoch of the Powerful State," a signing ceremony was held between Turkmenistan and the States of Romania, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Belarus, and the Russian Federation.

As reported by Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the following bilateral agreements were signed:

  1. Memorandum of Understanding between the International University for the Humanities and Development (Turkmenistan), represented by Rector Maral Kuliyeva, and the "1 December 1918" University in Alba Iulia (Romania), represented by Rector Breaz Valer-Daniel.

  2. Memorandum of Understanding between the Oguz Khan University of Engineering Technologies (Turkmenistan), represented by Rector Gurbanmyrat Mezilow, and Sungkyunkwan University (Republic of Korea), represented by Vice President Hanjung Lee.

  3. Agreement of Cooperation between the Seyitnazar Seydi State Pedagogical Institute (Turkmenistan), represented by Rector Gurbangeldi Muhammedow, and the "Francisk Skorina Gomel State University" (Republic of Belarus), represented by Vice Rector Dmitry Kovalenko.

  4. Agreement of Cooperation between the Dovletmammet Azady Turkmen National Institute of World Languages (Turkmenistan), represented by Rector Maksat Charyyev, and Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University (Russian Federation), represented by Rector Alfinur Galiakberova.

  5. Agreement of Cooperation between the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan, represented by Director Bayram Bashimov, and Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University (Russian Federation), represented by Rector Alfinur Galiakberova.

  6. Agreement of Cooperation between the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan, represented by Vice Rector Kakageldi Hummayev, and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), represented by Vice Rector Andrey Margolin.

These agreements mark a significant step towards strengthening international cooperation in education, research, and innovation, providing new opportunities for Turkmenistan and its global partners.
