 Issues of cooperation with "U-Learning" company in improving the quality of education were considered

From September 19 to 21, the Turkmen delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Education of Turkmenistan, Azat Atayev participated in the "Connect-2024" exhibition of the “Huawei” company held in Shanghai, PRC and visited the "Smart Education System" department. There, the possibilities of introducing advanced technologies for digitalization of education system of the country were discussed.

During a meeting with Dr. J. Jin, the founder and head of "U-Learning," a partner of "Huawei," A. Atayev discussed the main issues of implementing intellectual systems for managing the education sector in Turkmenistan.

During the discussions, the "U-Learning" company addressed the Turkmen side with a proposal that they are ready to provide access to the "Smart Classroom" system in order to explore the possibilities of effective use of "artificial intelligence" in the field of education. It was stated that 200 user access points would be provided for the duration of the trial period in the country. During the trial period, Turkmen teachers can comprehensively study the effective use of "artificial intelligence" in the educational process, in the preparation of the content of the course, and in assessing the progress of students. This information was reported by the Innovation Information Center of the Ministry of Education.

This system will allow the evaluation of the effectiveness of the lessons and provide teachers with specific recommendations for improving classroom instruction. In addition, the system offers specific advice on improving student learning outcomes and selecting learning materials based on analysis. Currently, this system is effectively used in over 1,000 educational institutions worldwide. These solutions can encompass more than 10 million users by utilizing the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing.

The Deputy Minister introduced national developments, including the newly launched "E-School" platform created by the Innovation Information Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, as well as an online platform for rating and evaluating the activities of higher and secondary schools, a system for conducting analysis and assessing quality in higher and secondary education, and a data management system for higher education, among others.

Additionally, the parties agreed to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation in developing and implementing innovative educational technologies and to discuss future opportunities in depth.
