Turkmen citizens visited Finland within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ program
11.09.2024 | 10:51 |From September 3 to 4, 2024, the Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Finland) hosted a study visit “Improving cooperation between universities and industry for current and future employment, innovation and sustainable ecosystems”, which was organized by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) together with the SPHERE consortium (Support and promotion of Higher Education Reform Experts) within the framework of the Erasmus + program of the European Union.
This was reported by Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
As part of the study visit, the leaders of Tampere University of Applied Sciences made an opening speech at the opening ceremony and wished the study visit success. During the study visit entitled “Improving university-industry cooperation for current and future employment, innovation and sustainable ecosystems”, a guided tour of the Textile and Virtual Labs of the Business and Media School of Tampere University of Applied Sciences was organized. The Director of the School of Business and Media, Dr Niina Jallinoja, led a group discussion on the topic “Education for today’s and tomorrow’s jobs”. During the discussion, the participants expressed their views on the topic.
The topics discussed in this study visit included cooperation between Tampere University of Applied Sciences and the private sector, the need for continuous professional development, ecosystem characteristics, pedagogical skills in working life, and the development of university-industry cooperation.
