Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan will establish partnerships in the field of equestrian sports
27.02.2024 | 01:30 |At the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Astana, it was held a meeting with head of the Kazakhstan Equestrian Federation “JORYQ” Bakytzhan Turlybekov. He spoke about the project of organizing the international equestrian marathon “Uly dala zhorygy” (Great Field March) in connection with the upcoming World Nomad Games in Kazakhstan. The length of the marathon, in which at least 15 teams from different countries will take part is 500 kilometers.
Turlybekov proposed establishing close ties with organizations responsible for the development of equestrian sports in Turkmenistan. Ambassador Batyr Rejepov expressed his readiness to cooperate in this area and in the exchange of experience, which will strengthen relations between the countries and contribute to the popularization of national traditions of equestrian sports.
He also spoke about how things are going in this area in Turkmenistan, including the activities of the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annaev - the first international academy in the region in this industry.
The head of the JORYQ federation expressed his readiness to cooperate with the Aba Annaev Academy and exchange experience in developing training methods, training trainers and scientific support for training programs.
