The Pushkin State Russian Drama Theater in Ashgabat will present the premiere of Uzbek playwright Izzat Sultanov's comedy "Family Secret" on June 26 and 29, the theater informed ORIENT.
The comedy in 7 episodes tells about the life of a modern family and offers its own version of the vision of family values and important related categories, such as "happiness", "dream", etc. The groom's "obsession" promises to be one of the main engines of comedy in the play.
"Family Secret", along with other works by Izzat Sultanov, such as "Golden Fetters" and "Unknown", is one of the most popular theatrical plays by the Uzbek writer.
Some of his works have been filmed: he wrote scripts for such films as "Obsessed", "Towards You", "Hurricane in the Valley".
