The official representative of the Ministry of Commerce of China, Shu Jueting, announced that Beijing will share innovations in the field of artificial intelligence and technologies of the fifth generation of mobile communications (5G) with the countries of Central Asia, Big Asia reports.
"We will carry out digital trade, promote the harmonization of rules, mutual recognition of standards and the connection of digital infrastructure. We will also share know-how in the field of artificial intelligence, big data, 5G and other sectors," the representative of the ministry said.
Cooperation in these areas will take place within the framework of agreements reached during the first face—to-face summit of the heads of State of Central Asia and China in Xi'an on May 18-19.
One of the key agreements between the parties following the meetings was the establishment of cooperation on the creation of IT parks in Central Asian countries.
