Almost fifty houses for 2 thousand apartments will be built in the Gurtly residential complex in Ashgabat

46 new four-storey residential buildings will be built in the capital's Gurtly complex, 16 of which will be designed for 68 apartments each, and 30 houses for 40. Thus, more than 2.2 thousand new apartments appear in the residential area.
In addition, a secondary school for 720 children, a kindergarten with 320 slots, a park, a shopping and entertainment center and 7 two-storey houses of trade and service will be built here.
The relevant tender was published today in the Turkmen press by the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan on the order of the Ashgabat City Hall and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The tender also includes the laying of internal roads of the complex, drinking water and sewerage networks.
Applications and proposals will be registered with the Marketing and Foreign Economic Relations Department of the Ministry of Construction until April 25, 2023 at the address: 84 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat.
