China daily: China's technology companies are represented at the World Mobile Congress

Among the two thousand exhibitors and sponsors taking part in the four-day event, the main trend was set by Chinese manufacturers, China daily writes.
150 companies from China are represented in the review, including Huawei Technologies Co, the manufacturer of personal computers Lenovo and the telecommunications giant China Mobile.
For example, Huawei is showing 5.5G at the exhibition, which is the evolution of 5G. The technology is capable of deepening digital and intelligent transformation, offering ubiquitous speeds of 10 gigabytes per second.
China has become a leader in the global development of 5G. According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, by the end of 2022, more than 2.3 million 5G base stations were created in China.
Chinese smartphone manufacturers also made a splash at the mobile congress. They are aimed at expanding their presence in European and world markets and compensating for the negative impact caused by COVID-19.
Smartphone manufacturer Oppo presents at the exhibition its latest folding Find N2 Flip, which can compete with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.
The Honor Magic Vs folding smartphone also debuted in foreign markets.
"We are entering a stage of rapid development and growth in foreign markets," Honor President Zhao Ming said, stressing that the company will actively work in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific region, etc. On the so-called zero day of the exhibition, Xiaomi presented its new products. Among the gadgets are global versions of smartphones of the 13th series Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro.
The Mobile World Congress will last until March 2.
